The system works by allowing users to:
1/ create request templates listing every documents of files they need to collect.
2/ The requests are then sent to their clients emails with a single click.
3/The clients can upload back the required list of documents from any device, through a secured online portal.

The Collectizi web-app allows tracking of these requests from the user's dashboard. The user can also view, approve or deny the documents and the entire processed is facilitated with automatic reminders.
