Civic Champs automates how nonprofits recruit, engage, and retain volunteers and converts these volunteers to donors. The application provides a platform for seamless volunteering, automated tracking, and micro-donations. Service hours are tracked in three simple ways, volunteers can use the mobile app which is automated to remind them to check in, they can use our kiosk mode that can be set up anywhere, or administrators can use our mobile administrative mode to check volunteers in on their behalf. The automated tracking feature allows managers to reclaim all those pesky, incessant hours spent transferring data initially recorded by pen and paper. Additionally, the micro-donations feature automatically converts volunteers to donors. Volunteers are twice as likely to donate to the organizations they are helping! Overall, our mission is to make the volunteering experience more impactful for both the organization as well as the volunteer by improving the way nonprofits collect and use their data.
