In the fall of 2016, Amy Duncan was preparing to launch a cannabis testing portfolio as the COO of a genetics laboratory in Southern California. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Amy brings a deep understanding of the cannabis plant and 10 years in the healthcare industry ranging from pharmacy, medical device, biotech & clinical laboratory. After her husband’s brain cancer returned, she stepped down at the laboratory to follow her own dreams.Mowellens launched in March 2018. Amy’s passion for life, health and wellness is contagious. Late 2019, after her husband's passing, Mowellens re-launched with 10 new skincare products, a new website, packaging, and brand image.
